Grievance redressal
How to raise a complaint, who handles it, and what to expect.
Draft, version 2026-10-24-draft. Working draft for owner and legal review — not final, not reviewed by a lawyer, not legal advice.
Status of this page
This is a draft. The grievance officer's name, postal address and response timelines are owner decisions still to be confirmed ([grievance officer name], [postal address], [response days]).
How to raise a grievance
Email grievance@kausala.in with your name, contact number, the student or college concerned, what happened, and what outcome you are seeking. If you cannot email, call +91 91606 17478 and ask for the grievance process.
Please do not include another child's personal information, photographs or health details unless it is necessary to explain the complaint.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the complaint, record it, and assign a person to look into it. We may ask for more information. We will explain the outcome and any action taken, within the timeline confirmed for this policy.
If the complaint concerns a child's immediate safety, contact local emergency services first, then tell us.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the response, reply to the same email marked “Escalation†and explain why. A second person will review the decision. The final escalation route and any external authority will be added once the legal entity is confirmed.
